Free shipping in Malaysia
We provide free standard shipping for orders delivered to eligible addresses in Malaysia. There is no overnight delivery service. If a location cannot be served, or if a different local delivery arrangement is required by our courier partner, we will contact you before dispatch.
Preparing your order
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed and while stock is available. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. School holidays, public holidays, weather and courier disruptions can affect delivery times.
Tracking and delivery care
Where our courier provides tracking, we will send or make the tracking details available once your parcel is dispatched. Please provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact number. A parcel that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated absence, refusal or non-collection may need a new delivery arrangement.
If something is not right
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs where relevant so that we can review the issue.
