Send your request promptly
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the item you wish to cancel. A cancellation is only confirmed when we reply in writing.
When we can help
We will try to stop an order before it has been packed or passed to a courier. Once an order has been dispatched, it normally cannot be cancelled; any next step will be considered under our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.
Approved requests
Where a cancellation is approved, any refund will be made to the original payment method where possible. We may also cancel an affected item or order when stock is unavailable, a price is incorrect or payment cannot be authorised.
